I东望洋针车有限公司员工绩效考核研究内 容 摘 要随着新型工业化的推进和改革开放的深入,中小企业也在探索中不断地成长,绩效考核作为企业人力资源管理的核心,在企业的发展中发挥着不可替代的促进作用,是中小企业值得重视和研究的内容。本文以东望洋针车有限公司为研究对象,采用文献研究法和访谈法对该公司的员工绩效考核进行分析。研究发现,公司存在考核指标设计不合理、考核过程不科学、考核结果的反馈和应用不足等问题。针对这些问题本文从绩效考核指标、绩效沟通与反馈、绩效考核结果的应用三个方面提出了优化东望洋针车有限公司绩效考核体系的对策和建议,以促进公司的可持续发展,为东望洋针车有限公司的绩效考核工作提供借鉴。 关键词:绩效考核;激励;考核指标 II A Study on the Performance Appraisal of Employees in Dongwangyang Sewing Machine Limited CompanyAbstractWith the advancement of new industrialization and the deepening of reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises are also constantly growing in their exploration.
