保利公司招聘现状与对策研究内 容 摘 要现代企业竞争的关键是人才的竞争,最终也会成为企业的核心竞争力。尽管有很多企业开始意识到任用人才的重要性,但是在招聘的整个过程中还是会产生各种各样的问题。而胜任特征模型的应用不但能够让企业尽可能地避免选择应聘者的盲目性,更深层次的目的是可以让企业了解到人才的隐形素质,最终得以让公司或企业招聘到适合该岗位的人才。本课题对相关胜任力模型的理论和人才招聘的理论做了大量的理论资料文献调查与搜集,通过文献归纳、数据分析、模型构建的方法说明胜任力模型的意义,总结了相关的国内外关于该模型的研究,研究了保利发展控股集团股份有限公司人力资源招聘现状及问题,结合公司实际招聘问题构建相关胜任特征模型,并将此模型应用于保利发展的人才招聘与选拔中,最后总结结论、分析不足、提出展望。关键词:胜任特征模型;招聘;人才选拔;保利发展 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IStudy on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Poly Company's RecruitmentAbstractThe key to modern enterprise competition is the competition of talents, which will eventually become the core competitiveness of enterprises.
