珠三角中小型电子商务企业员工满意度影响因素研究——以 A 公司为例【摘要】近些年,电子商务行业发展迅速,数量庞大的中小电商企业为中国经济的增长做出了巨大贡献。同时,很多中小电商企业存在着员工流动率较高,电商人才缺乏等问题,提高员工满意度,留住员工特别是高素质员工成为中小电商企业的一大挑战,因此研究中小电商企业的员工满意度的影响因素十分必要。本文通过问卷调查法和数学分析对 A 公司进行实证研究。以工作本身,工作条件,工作回报,工作群体,公司制度五个维度设计问卷,研究该公司的员工满意度影响因素。通过数据分析可知,该公司的员工满意度一般,公司制度对员工满意度的影响最大,性别和司龄也会对员工满意度造成影响,同时本文还针对员工满意度存在的问题提出建议。A 公司的研究结果对于关于珠三角中小电子商务企业的员工满意度管理具有一定借鉴意义。【关键词】员工满意度;电子商务企业;影响因素1Research on the Influencing Factors of Employee Satisfaction in the Pearl River Delta Small and Medium-sized E-commerce Enterprises—Taking Company A as an Example[Abstract] In recent years, e-commerce industry has developed rapidly, and a large number of small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises have made great contributions to China's economic growth.
