I中小学教育机构的教师胜任力模型研究——以中山市 H 机构为例【摘要】随着知识经济时代的发展,我国的父母将自己的孩子送至各种教育辅导机构进行各种教育培训以获得更多学习竞争优势。在此教育环境背景下,像中山市 H 机构这样的中小学教育辅导机构在市场上不断涌现,并以一种不断壮大的趋势在发展,与此同时此类机构对优秀教师的需求也在持续扩大。综上,显而易见,属于中小学教育辅导机构的人才争夺已然进入激烈局面。本文立足于胜任力与胜任力模型,通过与中山市 H 机构中高层领导以及部分教师的行为事件访谈,设计了具有针对性的调査问卷——中山市 H 机构教师胜任力问卷调查,并且对中山市 H 机构所有的在职教师进行发放和有效回收。通过对调查问卷的数据分析来获取构建中山市 H 机构教师岗位胜任力模型所需要的数据。最后,在定性和定量分析所获信息和数据的基础上,构建出适用于中山市 H 机构教师的胜任力模型,为中山市 H 机构的教师指明职业发展方向,并对其他教育机构教师胜任力模型的构建和应用提供参考。【关键词】胜任力模型;H 机构;中小学教育注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的国家级(或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业)科研项目,项目编号为: 。IStudy on Teacher Competency Model of Primary and Secondary Education Institutions——Taking H Institution of Zhongshan City as an Example【Abstract】With the development of the era of knowledge economy, parents in our country send their children to various educational institutions for various skills training to obtain more competitive advantages.
