中小型互联网电商员工招聘管理体系优化研究——以 Y 公司为例【摘要】“互联网+”模式的带动和引领,给电子商务尤其是二类电商创造了崭新的发展空间,各类中小型电商纷纷崛起。2019 年电商红利逐渐褪去,过去推动行业快速增长的势能已不复存在。正是由于这种变化,互联网电商的竞争环境也产生了一定的改变,从以往的物质资料和资金的竞争,逐渐演变成关于人力资源方面的争夺。当人才成为企业竞争的关键因素时,招聘就成为了支柱环节。因此,中小型互联网电商想要在固有的阵地上深耕,寻找新的增长可能,就必须提高企业人力资源管理水平,吸引更多高素质的专业人才,在招聘环节上下功夫。本文主要以 Y 公司作为探讨研究的案例,参考招聘的有关资料,立足于 Y 公司的实际招聘情况以及人力资源管理情况,对其招聘过程中的问题进行分析探讨。发掘出了招聘渠道较少、招聘效果不如人意、招聘团队素质不高等问题。针对性地提出招聘优化方法。希望能够提高 Y 公司招聘质量和提高招聘工作效率,优化公司人员招聘管理体系。以期能为同类型的中小型互联网电商企业的招聘管理工作提供一定的借鉴。【关键词】 员工招聘;选拔;优化Research on the optimization of recruitment management system of small and medium-sized Internet e-commerce employees[Abstract] The "Internet plus" model has created a new space for the development of e-commerce, especially the second type of e-commerce, with the rise of various small and medium-sized e-commerce.In 2019, the e-commerce dividend gradually faded, and the potential to promote the rapid growth of the industry in the past no longer exists.
