中小企业建立工作分析与设计体系的研究——以广东易德公司为例【摘要】本论文设计的目的是帮助工作分析与设计体系不太完善的广东易德人力资源有限公司意识到工作分析与设计对企业运营发展以及制度创新的重要性。本文通过文献研究、问卷调查、经验总结等方式对企业工作分析与设计情况的现状进行分析，发现该企业存在忽视工作分析与设计对公司发展的重要性，工作分析与设计过程缺少公司高层管理者、部门主管和岗位工作者的参与，没有掌握工作分析的系统性和动态性原则的问题。经过分析研究，建立基于该公司实际情况的工作分析与设计体系，主要包括准备阶段、定岗定编、选择工作分析和工作设计的方法、制作《岗位说明书》等内容。该体系能够使企业便捷地获得有需要的工作信息，将工作分析与设计的理论成果应用到企业具体实践中，为其它人力资源管理工作打下坚实的基础，以保证企业各项管理目标能够顺利实现。【关键词】工作分析；工作设计；岗位说明书；人力资源管理Research on the Establishment of Work Analysis and Design System for Small and Medium Enterprises— —Take Guangdong Yide Company as an Example [Abstract] The purpose of the design of this paper is to help Guangdong Yide Human Resources Co., Ltd., whose work analysis and design system is not perfect, to realize the importance of work analysis and design to the development of enterprise operations and system innovation.
