中小企业绩效管理存在的问题和对策分析——以 Y 企业为例【摘要】伴随着一体化进程的加快,国内社会经济进入高速发展阶段,随之而来的是企业间竞争的加剧,尤其是中小企业的竞争环境异常紧张,建立健全科学合理的企业管理体系才能在激烈的竞争中稳定发展。为了解中小企业绩效管理现状,本文以问卷调查法为主,文献分析和书籍查询等方法为辅,以 Y企业为例进行了调查研究。通过阅读大量文献和书籍,在了解相关背景及理论基础下,针对 Y 企业当下的绩效管理制度制定调查问卷,并发放给 Y 企业员工填写。通过回收的有效问卷的数据进行统计研究,全面了解当前中小企业绩效管理的实际状况,进而找出影响绩效管理有效实施的问题,包括缺乏与战略实施的连接、缺乏对绩效评价正确的科学认知等,通过对这些问题的详细分析找出其诱因,进而制定相应的措施及方案。研究结果表明,我国中小企业绩效管理制度还待完善。【关键词】中小企业;绩效管理;绩效考核;绩效管理体系Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in Performance Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises——Taking Y as an Example[Abstract]With the acceleration of the integration process, the domestic social economy has entered a stage of rapid development, followed by the intensification of competition among enterprises, especially the extremely tense competitive environment of small and medium-sized enterprises.
