中日企业工会管理比较分析——以 A 企业和 B 企业为例【摘要】为了了解我国企业工会管理现状,帮助改善我国企业工会存在的问题,使其能更好地发挥自身职能作用,本文以中日企业工会的历史发展和表现特征为切入点,通过比较分析,发现两者在发展历程、组建形式与运作方式、角色定位和承担的职能、工会成员和干部队伍以及经费来源方面存在的差异之处;同时,从工会组织架构、工会干部和工会工作特点等多个角度,比较分析中日企业工会管理的实际案例;最后结合日本企业工会管理的成功经验,针对我国企业工会管理存在的问题,提出推行工会干部直选、加强工会干部培训工作、健全绩效考核与激励机制、提高专职工会干部比例、转变企业陈旧观念、建立工资集体协商制度、充分了解职工需求、加强宣传教育以提高职工参与工会积极性的对策与建议。【关键词】中日;企业工会;工会管理;比较分析注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的省部级科研项目,项目编号为:中华全国总工会理论研究会(中国特色社会主义工会发展道路研究会)2019 年度招标课题:促进民营经济发展、维护职工权益问题研究 A Comparative Analysis of Labor Union Management between Chinese and Japanese Enterprises——Take Company A and B as examples[Abstract] In order to understand the current situation of labor union management in China, help to improve the existing problems of labor unions in China, so that they can better play their own function, this paper takes the historical development and performance characteristics of labor unions in China and Japan as the entry point, through comparative analysis, finds out the differences between them in the development process, form of formation and operation, role orientation and functions, members and ranks of labor unions, and sources of funds; at the same time, from the structure of labor unions, labor union cadres and labor union work characteristics, comparative analysis of the actual cases of labor union management in China and Japan; Finally, in the light of the successful experience of labor ...
