本科论文摘 要保险从诞生发展至今作为一种重要市场化机制,是现代经济市场必不可少的一部分。经济发展使人民风险保障意识逐渐增强,电话销售作为保险销售行业中的销售方式之一逐渐成为主流,如何通过绩效考核推动企业目标完成从而占领更多市场份额也逐渐成为保险电销企业关注的重点话题。沈阳电销中心作为中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司在电销渠道的代表,研究绩效考核的对沈阳电销中心的影响与意义,以及如何优化该公司绩效考核系统对保险电销企业的发展至关重要。本文以国内外绩效考核概念及理论为基础,同时结合中国平安人寿保险集团有限公司沈阳电销中心的实际运营情况及绩效考核现状,通过在该公司实践调研以及查阅相关文献 ,对该公司绩效考核制度存在的不足进行分析调查,并对其影响因素加以分析,发现该公司的绩效考核存在周期设置不合理、考核技术单一、考评指标设计不当以及考核目标不明确等问题,需要沈阳电销中心改进并完善。本文针对上述问题应用目标管理理论提出了建立更加合理的绩效考核体系要做到延长绩效考核周期、引用多元化考核方式、优化绩效考核指标、明确绩效考核目标等方面进行改进。本文有助于沈阳电销中心绩效考核方式方法的优化,从而为完善保险电销企业电话销售人员绩效考核的实施流程提供参考。 关键词:电销企业;绩效考核;绩效考核体系:考评指标设计本科论文AbstractAs an important market mechanism, insurance has been an indispensable part of modern economic market since its birth.
