员工对住房公积金的需求及满意程度分析【摘要】住房公积金制度是一种住房社会保障制度,是解决和保障人民群体住房问题法律基石,然而当前住房公积金的发展却相当缓慢,“住房难”已经发展成为社会的巨大矛盾。从员工福利的角度上看,住房公积金是属于法定福利之一,对企业吸引和保留员工方面能起到的良性作用,然而目前员工对企业住房公积金福利是否满意,是否起到了该有的鼓励、激励作用呢。这是本文的研究重点。笔者通过研究当前员工对住房公积金的需求状况、企业供给现状以及对住房公积满意度现状调查,发现当前社会住房公积金的供需存在较大的落差,社会对不同人群覆盖存在差异,相关公积金沟通教育不足等问题;但同时也发现住房公积金的发展有其积极的方向,面对员工住房公积金需求的不断变化,企业也能够及时灵活地调整供给计划以适应其需求变化。针对员工福利满意度发起调查可以发现员工对住房公积金福利项目满意度远远要低于其他福利项目,其中员工对住房公积金沟通、信息交流满意最低,可以看出企业缺乏对住房公积金的正确认识和重视,因此建议政府建立完善的法律法规,加强监管,企业要采取弹性化管理住房公积金计划,重视与员工的双向沟通。【关键词】住房公积金;福利;法定福利;满意度Analysis of Employee's Demand and Satisfaction for Housing Provident Fund[Abstract] The housing accumulation fund system is a kind of housing social security system, which is the legal cornerstone to solve and guarantee the housing problem of people's groups.
