应届毕业生就业城市偏好选择探讨【摘要】2019 春，中共中央、国务院联合颁布了《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》，粤港澳地区成为了社会热门话题。粤港澳大湾区酝酿的十多年来，已经形成了自有成熟的产业支撑，加上国家政策的大力支持足以对标世界其他三大湾区，粤港澳大湾区充满着发展的潜力。不同城市之间的竞争，不仅仅是经济、政治的较量，同样需要人才和创新的竞争，这样的人才、技术、创新往往来自于高等学府。但当前高校毕业生受各种因素的综合影响导致流向区域有明显的差异性，大部分毕业生更倾向于经济发达的一线城市，这种现象从长期来看会影响不同区域的经济、政治、文化等方面的发展。本文以高校毕业生为研究对象，通过问卷调查的形式，结合粤港澳大湾区发展蓝图和应届毕业生的职业生涯规划，提供毕业后发展城市的决策依据，并提出大学生就业流向的相关建议。可供粤港澳地区毕业生参考与借鉴。【关键词】高校毕业生；粤港澳大湾区；就业流向；职业生涯规划Discussion on the preference of graduates for employment in cities[Abstract] In the spring of 2019, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council jointly issued the "Outline of Development Planning for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area", which marked that the construction of the Greater Bay Area has officially entered into development, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao area has become a hot topic in society.
