应届本科高校毕业生劳动关系素质情况 ——以广东药科大学中山校区为例【摘要】随着经济新常态的到来,我国劳动争议数量与日俱增,应届高校毕业生所面临的就业压力不断增大,从而是应届高校毕业生面临劳动争议的可能性在不断增大,因此有劳动关系知识和劳动关系处理能力所构成的劳动关系素质对应届高校毕业生越来越重要。而目前我国应届高校毕业生的劳动关系素质仍有较大的提升空间,究其原因是个人对劳动关系重要性的认识无法转化为关注度和劳动关系素质的提升以及高校所提供的劳动关系教育效果不佳。提升应届高校毕业生的劳动关系素质需要毕业生个人、高校以及政府部门共同采取行动。通过政府部门制定劳动关系教育的相关规定并为高校提供劳动关系教育方面的指导,高校拓宽劳动关系教育的渠道、丰富劳动关系教育的内容及其形式,应届毕业生个人将对劳动关系的重视转化为实际行动,从而提高应届毕业生的劳动关系素质,避免应届毕业生合法权益受损。【关键词】应届高校毕业生;劳动关系;教育注:本论文(设计)题目来源于教师的国家级(或省部级、厅级、市级、校级、企业)科研项目,项目编号为: 。Fresh College Graduates Labor Relations Quality-- Taking Zhongshan Campus of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University As Example [abstract] With the arrival of the new normal economy, increasing number of labor disputes in China, college graduates facing the employment pressure increasing, which is the fresh college graduates to face the possibility of a labor dispute in increasing, hence the knowledge and ability of handling labor relations labor relations of labor relationship quality on college graduates more and more important.
