影响大学生就业选择的因素分析【摘要】随着信息化，网络化的时代来临，大学生就业的选择日趋多元化，个性化，复杂化。而如今大学生就业形势仍不容乐观，大学生在进行就业选择时的多种考虑因素之间是互相关联，交互作用的。大学生如何综合衡量这些因素，对找到一份适合自己的工作来说是很重要的。本论文将影响大学生就业选择的因素分为六个类别，分别是职业，组织，个人，家庭，学校和社会因素。根据问卷调查的数据分别对这六个类别下的细分因素进行影响程度比较和分析。然后采用因子分析法对影响因素进行综合研究。从中了解大学生的择业观念，分析大学生自身存在的问题，以及家庭，学校和社会这些外部因素对他们就业选择的影响，并提出相应的建议。【关键词】大学生；就业选择；影响因素Analysis on the Factors Affecting College Students' Employment Choices[Abstract] With the advent of the era of informatization and networking, the employment options of college students are becoming more diverse, personalized and complicated. Today, the employment situation of college students is still not optimistic. The multiple considerations of college students in the choices of employment are interactive. How college students comprehensively consider these factors is very important for finding a job that suits them. This paper divides the factors that affect college students' employment choices into six categories. They are occupational, organizational, personal, family, school and social factors. Based on the data in the questionnaire, this paper compares and analyzes the impact of segmentation factors in the six categories. And then uses factor analysis to conduct a comprehensive study of the influencing factors.
