本科论文摘 要中小企业是我国经济飞速增长的中坚力量,这些企业能够快速的应对市场的变化,调整自身的产业结构,并且他们能够给社会提供许多的就业机会,给社会发展做出卓越地贡献。中小企业对于人才上的培训与选择也是具有引导作用的,可以有效地激发员工工作的积极性。因此,中小企业也越来越重视企业员工的内部培训问题,人才是每个企业的中心力量通过培训提升企业自身的核心竞争力。本论文以营口连营重工机械有限公司为例,对中小企业的员工培训进行研究和分析,并提出一整套员工培训的优化方案。营口连营重工机械有限公司领导重视员工管理,培养了一批具有管理能力的管理者和经验丰富的操作工。然而,企业内部的员工培训存在诸多方面的问题,并产生了一些对企业不利的影响,比如员工离职现象时有发生、员工的工作态度滞后不积极。通过对营口连营重工机械有限公司调研分析,我们了解到在培训方面存在的问题有:培训内容并不明确,没有将各层次的员工进行清晰地分析后并有针对性的进行员工培训;培训形式单一等情况。本文为营口连营重工机械有限公司提出员工培训方案并结合实际情况加以实施。关键字:员工培训,中小企业;重工机械本科论文AbstractSmall and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone of China's rapid economic growth.
