本科论文摘 要随着数字经济发展,很多传统行业改变了原有的经营模式,例如会计行业出现了属于财务公司的一种--代理记账公司。随着代理记账行业的兴起并进一步发展的同时企业也存在着诸多问题。对于企业而言,发展始终是硬道理,能够解决企业的一切问题。但要解决发展过程中的问题,关键在于把好的人才凝聚起来,才能真正的发展公司。归根结底人才竞争成为当代企业竞争的主要方面。对于代理记账公司而言,面对同相对大的会计事务所的竞争压力下,在薪资、知名度、企业文化等方面吸引人才都处于劣势地位。因此,代理记账公司在解决人才招聘问题上至关重要。应届毕业生属于当代最新的一股力量,能够为企业的发展注入新鲜血液。然而应届毕业生不会通过比较会计事务所和代理记账公司的优劣势和适合度选择工作,而是一味盲目地选择权威性和知名度高的公司,从而忽视真正适合自己岗位的工作。因此吸引和留住高质量人才是代理记账公司发展的重要手段和有力保障。本文以辽阳账易财务服务有限公司为例,简要介绍公司的发展情况,分析招聘管理过程中存在的问题并制定了解决问题的对策。同时针对辽阳账易财务服务有限公司的招聘工作提出了几点建议,提高该公司的招聘有效性。本科论文关键词:数字经济时代;财务公司;员工招聘AbstractWith the development of digital economy, many traditional industries have changed their original business model, for example, accounting industry has emerged a kind of accounting company that belongs to finance company-agent accounting company.
