本科论文摘 要人力资源已经成为促进社会发展的第一资源,人力资源的素质是决定企业兴衰的关键。目前,人资管理对于各大中小型企业的发展作用越来越明显,尤其是对于我们这种微型企业的来说,想要在日益激烈的社会竞争中获取企业自己的地位,那么我们就必须重视市场上人才的开发与管理。因为高效科学的人才招聘有利于提高各大企业在社会上的竞争优势,更加的有利于推动社会上企业的战略目标的最终实现。本文首先主要从人才招聘概念切入,对人才招聘等进行理论剖析,讨论人才招聘的研究内容,并进一步了解人才招聘能力理论的相关发展,以对小白智能科技(长春)股份有限公司人才招聘问题研究为例,分析他的现状,在了解了小白科技基本情况及人力资源的基础上,客观分析小白科技的招聘情况并结合影响招聘能力的内外部因素来分析其发生问题的主要原因。然后,根据相关提升人才招聘能力目标总体分析企业人才招聘能力,确定出提高小白科技人才招聘能力相关对策。 关键词:人才招聘;人工智能中小型企业:招聘:人才本科论文Abstract Human resources have become the first resource to promote social development, and the quality of human resources is the key to determine the rise and fall of enterprises.
