微表情研究对于提升企业招聘效率的意义摘要【背景】互联网时代下第三产业的崛起引发了各行各业在互联网技术支持下的革新。网络招聘更是凭借其便捷性以及处理海量数据的高能成为了企业招聘的“宠儿”!而企业 HR 在享受网络招聘带来的便捷的同时,同样也要承担更重大的招聘任务与压力。【方法】本文通过问卷调查法、文献检索法以及案例分析法,探讨微表情识别在企业招聘中的应用可能以及应用场景,集中解决“微表情识别在真实面试场景中应用”以及“企业 HR 如何通过应用微表情识别提升企业招聘效率”两个问题。【结论】通过研究得出结论,在进行微表情识别库的培训之后,HR 能够通过系统地观察候选人的微表情,从而对他们的心理状态进行把握,进一步掌控面试场景,判断候选人素质,高效作出聘用决定,从而提升企业招聘的效率。另外,微表情管理也将成为影响面试效果的重要因素。【关键词】微表情;微表情识别;企业招聘;网络招聘;微表情管理Significance of Micro-expression Research for Improving Enterprise Recruitment EfficiencyAbstractThe rise of the tertiary industry in the Internet era has triggered innovations of various industries supported by Internet technology.
