中文摘要【摘要】 随着科技革命的不断推进,我国已经进入互联网全新发展时期。人才是企业发展的重要资源,而企业人才主要是通过招聘输入,在“互联网+”的时代,企业的招聘工作受到互联网的影响是必然的。网络招聘凭借传播速度快、信息匹配度高、成本低、便于互动宣传等优势,迅速成为我国企业招聘与毕业生应聘的主要途径。就业是国计民生的大事,是最重要的民生问题,而大学生就业更是国家重点关注的问题,同时大学生也是网络招聘的主要对象。网络招聘在为大学生择业、就业提供便利的同时,也潜移默化地影响、改变着大学生的就业观。本文主要结合学者网络招聘和大学生就业观的相关理论研究成果,以中山三大高校为例,着重研究网络招聘对大学生就业观的影响,并对在网络招聘下大学生如何树立正确的就业观提出对策。【关键字】:网络招聘;大学生就业观;影响;对策Abstract【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology, China has entered the "Internet +" era.
