本科论文摘 要在 21 世纪,优秀的人才是各个企业、行业不可或缺的宝贵财富。然而,有的公司的优秀员工因公司激励制度不完善而纷纷辞职,例如民生银行分行的管理层集体出走。那么如何留住优秀的员工成为现今各个公司必须考虑的问题,修改激励体制迫在眉睫。激励对于任何一个企业的员工都是非常有效地手段,正确使用科学的手段激励员工,才会激发员工百分之百的潜力。也就是说企业是否能够建立完善的激励机制,将直接影响到企业的未来生存与发展。激励是管理的核心,本文认为,激励也是获得人才的重要因素,但是单一的激励已经不能满足员工的需求,企业要根据员工的实际需求和不断创新激励的手段与方法,才能使企业留住优秀的人才。在今天,激励成为人力资源管理最重要的组成部分,也是大学生们平时上课的必修课,它在企业的竞争中发挥着巨大的作用。企业给予员工的激励不仅仅是当前的物质或者精神上的激励,也是员工未来工作的动力。本文以沈阳伸远益康健康管理有限公司为研究对象,通过面谈的方法深入分析出本公司在员工激励上存在的问题,以及存在问题的原因并提出解决的办法。关键词:员工激励;中小企业发展;绩效;激励机制本科论文AbstractIn the 21st century, outstanding talents are the indispensable wealth of every enterprise and industry.
