本科论文AbstractSince the 21st century, China's real estate industry has developed rapidly and has become one of China's pillar industries, playing an irreplaceable role in China's economic development. With the implementation of various regulatory policies for the real estate industry in our country, the development patterns of real estate enterprises in all regions have undergone major changes. Under this background, competition among enterprises has intensified and a battle for talent reserve has begun. Human resources are the core resources for enterprise development. For real estate enterprises, the quality of human resources work will directly affect the future development trend of the company.Starting from the perspective of enterprise talent reserve, this paper, through using the Internet platform to consult relevant documents, deeply thinks about the research results of domestic and foreign academic experts in talent reserve, reviews the theoretical knowledge about talent reserve learned in four years of university, and explores a set of reasonable and effective talent reserve response plan based on the actual situation of the enterprise.This article takes Shenyang Gregory Real Estate Co., Ltd. as the research target, and through the analysis of the real cases, it finds out the problems of talent reserve in the enterprise.
