本科论文摘 要改革开放以来,我国的市场经济不断发展,越来越多的中小企业随之快速发展起来。如今,人才市场竞争环境越来越激烈,许多企业都面临着招人难、用人难的困境。人才是企业发展的重要来源。企业要想长远发展就需要有效的招聘和选拔。因此招聘与选拔是获得人力资源对当前和未来业务的重要手段。只有成功的招聘与选拔才能为企业的发展研究奠定可能。本文以沈阳集聘人力资源服务有限公司作为研究对象。首先,通过大量的相关文献作为理论基础,总结出国内外研究现状,并撰写出本文的研究背景、研究目的、研究意义和研究方法。然后以企业招聘、招聘计划、员工选拔的概念和人岗匹配理论、马斯洛需求层次理论等相关理论作为本文的理论支撑。其次根据该公司员工招聘选拔现状并结合网络问卷调查和电话访谈,总结发现该公司在招聘选拔过程中存在以下问题:简历投递量低、招聘时间长;在招聘的过程中存在现缺现招的局势;人岗不匹配。再次对招聘选拔中存在的这些问题做出成因分析。最后提出以下的建议:合理运用招聘网站;制定完整的人力资源规划;进行岗位工作分析、制定统一的面试评价标准。通过本文提出的对策建议,希望为沈阳集聘人力资源服务有限公司日后的招聘选拔工作能带来事半功倍的效果。同时也为同行业企业在招聘选拔工作中提供参考。关键词:人力资源管理;招聘与选拔;人岗匹配本科论文AbstractSince the reform and opening up, China's market economy has been developing continuously, and more and more small and medium-sized enterprises have developed rapidly.
