本科论文 摘 要当今社会科技迅速发展经济全球化,企业之间的竞争已逐渐演变成为人才的竞争。利润的增加除了要增加销量提高质量之外,还有一个重要的因素:人才与创新。人才可以为企业带来新鲜的血液和新颖的想法,从而为企业带来更高的利益,所以要留住高科技人才成为重中之重。而良好的薪酬管理体系将成为解决问题的关键,根据马斯洛的需求理论,人都是有需求的,低层次的需求得到满足后,就会对高层次的需求更加渴望。如果企业给予员工的工资和福利可以满足员工的需求,那么就可以增加员工的满意度,提高员工的工作热情,高效的完成企业制定的目标。本文研究调查的沈阳得欧泥彩文化传媒有限公司在薪酬体系中有缺陷,所以导致员工满意度不高,增加了离职率。为了研究沈阳得欧泥彩文化传媒有限公司薪酬满意度低的原因并提出解决方案,本文采取了调查问卷的方法,从薪酬分配满意度、薪酬水平满意度,薪酬提升满意度,环境满意度四个进行问卷的设计。本文将对问卷进行分析,再根据沈阳得欧泥彩文化传媒有限公司自身实际,提出员工薪酬满意度低的建议:首先要完善绩效考核体系,使考核内容能联系到实际而不是与实际相脱离;要听取员工的建议,双向沟通;分配要公平,要有监管部门负责监督;健全激励体系,物质层面精神层面都要顾及;最后要有正确的组织价值观。关键词:薪酬满意度;公平;组织文化本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of science and technology and the globalization of economy, the competition among enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition for talents.In addition to increasing sales and improving quality, there is another important factor: talent and innovation.Talent can bring fresh blood and new ideas for the enterprise, thus bringing higher profits for the enterprise.So it is of paramount importance to retain high-tech talents.Good compensation management system will be the key to solve the problem, according to Maslow's demand theory, people have needs, if the higher level of demand can not be met, the lower level of demand will be more intense.The wages and benefits given to employees to meet the needs of employees, i...
