关于 S 公司人才流失的原因及对策研究【摘要】人才是企业得以生存和发展的基础,人力资源作为企业的第一资源,是企业发展的宝贵财富。近年来,随着激烈的市场竞争和企业内部因素的变化,人才流失状况日益严重,许多企业面临着人才大量流失的危机。人才的大量流失会使企业失去强有力的支撑,从而对企业造成不可估量的损失,阻碍企业不断前进的步伐,因此吸引和留住人才成为了企业当前最重要的工作。本文以 S 公司为例,结合公司的发展状况和人员架构,深入了解 S 公司人才流失的现状和特点,采用问卷调查和员工访谈的方式来调查 S 公司各方面的员工满意度,根据调查的结果得出企业文化、企业氛围、培训、薪酬与绩效、招聘与晋升五个方面是造成 S 公司人才流失的主要因素,最后为更好地解决 S公司人才流失问题总结出了以上五方面的针对性建议。【关键词】人才流失;家族企业;人力资源管理 Analysis on the causes and countermeasures of S company's brain drain problem[Abstract] Talent is the foundation for the survival and development of an enterprise. As the principal resources of an enterprise, human resources are the precious wealth.
