中小型企业原材料采购管理分析-以 A 企业为例【摘要】国家大力提倡创新创业,使我国经济全面、科学发展。中小型企业掘地而生。中小型企业蓬勃发展的同时也面临着很多困难,原材料采购作为可待开发的“利润源”,因此重视采购管理可提高企业竞争力。本文在借鉴国内外有关采购管理的理论及文献的基础上,阐述了采购管理的基本定义以及采购模式的分类,随后对供应商管理的基本步骤进行详述,总结中小型企业的划分标准及其采购模式的特点。通过实际调查,对 A 企业的采购部门采购流程、供应商管理现状进行分析,分析其中所存在的问题,而后提出优化建议。并对全文进行总结,得出中小型企业原材料采购管理问题的一般性结论,以期对中小型企业的采购管理有所裨益。【关键词】中小型企业 采购管理 采购流程 采购模式 供应商管理 Analysis of Raw Material Purchasing Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises---Take Enterprise A as An Example【Abstract】The state strongly advocates innovation and entrepreneurship, so that our economy can develop in an all-round and scientific way.
