物流信息安全状况调查研究-以快递单处理方式为例【摘要】目的:随着现代化的高速发展，电子商务在不断崛起并且发展迅速，随之而起的就是快递行业。但是，在快递行业迅速的发展过程中，伴随的一系列问题也随之出现，其中关于快递单上的信息而导致个人信息泄露的问题最为引人重视。在现今状况，我国关于个人信息保障的相关法律还不完善的情况下，一方面让公众拥有便利的生活，另一方面又能确保公民信息不受侵犯成为亟需解决的问题。意义:物流信息又多种功能，其中有仓储信息、运输信息、加工信息、包装信息、装卸信息等。但其中与我们密切相关的是我们快递单上的个人信息问题。本研究对物流快递行业快递单上的个人信息内容，以及处理的方式途径进行分析。根据快递单上面的信息、处理方式，企业对此处理方式，我国快递行业个人信息的保护机制条例几个方面入手，探索关于以快递单为例的物流信息安全的保护。创新之处:本文结合关于物流信息安全并以快递单处理方式为主的相关问题进行研究，从我国现阶段物流信息安全的情况出发，参考一些对于快递单解决方式的一些成功经验及方法，从行业整体情况，消费者现状以及企业应对方式来进行探索。与之前研究相比更加补充了由快递面单推出信息泄露主体，从而根据主体的不同提出的不同解决措施。【关键词】物流；快递单；个人信息安全Investigation and Research on the Security Situation of Logistics Information: Taking Express Delivery Processing as an Example[Abstract] Purpose: With the rapid development of modernization, e-commerce is constantly rising and developing rapidly, and the express delivery industry follows.
