广州市盒马鲜生供应链物流成本控制研究【摘要】随着城乡居民消费水平的提高，人们对生鲜蔬果的需求逐渐趋向多元化发展。人们追求能更加便利快捷地购买到质量品质更加安全的生鲜农产品。在此背景下，一些企业对冷链生鲜产品的市场进行了开拓，冷链生鲜行业的市场份额逐渐扩大。如何利用有效措施对企业自身供应链物流成本进行有效控制，成为了生鲜食品零售企业在市场中脱颖而出的关键。本文主要采用了理论研究和案例分析的方法。通过相关文献了解有关于冷链物流成本的理论基础。了解冷链企业物流成本控制的发展现状以及冷链企业物流成本控制的有效方法。以广州市盒马鲜生为实例，通过实地调研、访谈的形式了解广州市盒马鲜生供应链物流成本的构成、影响因素及物流成本控制的现状，根据收集的数据指出目前在物流成本控制方面存在的问题，利用作业成本法对盒马鲜生供应链物流成本进行计算与分析，从而提出进一步优化的措施。【关键词】冷链物流；冷链物流成本控制；作业成本法；盒马鲜生 Study on controlling supply chain logistics cost of Guangzhou HEMA fresh food store[Abstract] With the improvement of consumption level of urban and rural residents, people's demand for fresh fruits and vegetables gradually tends to diversified development.
