废旧衣物回收模式和网络构建——以广东省连州市市区为例【摘要】随着人们生活水平的提高、消费需求的不断升级，衣物的淘汰速度逐渐加快，从而导致每年有大量的衣物处于闲置状态，造成资源的浪费。近年来，我国出台了一系列政策促进废旧衣物回收，在部分地区收获了明显成效，居民的回收意识也得到了增强。但国内大部分地区的衣物回收率仍处于较低水平，回收宣传不到位和回收网络不完善是其主要原因。本文采用案例分析的方法，以广东省连州市市区为例，通过问卷调查、走访等方式了解当地居民废旧衣物回收现状，并通过对比分析，为当地选择回收模式提出建议，最后利用重心法对当地的回收物流网络进行完善。通过研究，本文认为“公益组织+回收箱”是目前最符合连州市实际情况的回收模式，“互联网+回收”的模式可作为未来发展的目标。结合现有回收点的具体信息，本文运用重心法为连州市市区选出一个回收中心，完善了当地“回收点+回收中心”的网络体系。【关键词】废旧衣物；回收物流；回收物流模式；回收物流网络Waste Clothes Recycling Logistics Model and Network Construction——Taking Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province as an Example[Abstract] With the improvement of people's living standard and continuous upgrading of consumer demand, the speed of clothing elimination is faster and faster.
