For the supply chain, the ideal location will maximize the economic benefits of the supply chain. However, the construction of cold chain logistics distribution center belongs to a large project, the purchase of refrigeration facilities, handling, and information system establishment and other links of the early investment is huge, in the later stage of of the operation link is also very expensive, once the distribution center will not be easy to move change. Therefore, the choice of the appropriate cold chain distribution center address needs to be considered in a variety of principles.This article takes HNA Group as the background, carries on the deep investigation and the analysis to the enterprise present situation. To solve the current problem, enterprises decided to build a cold chain logistics distribution center.
