1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计五金厂废水废气处理设计-废气处理五金厂废水废气处理设计-废气处理摘 要 我国目前最突出的环境问题之一大气污染问题，是困扰像我国这样的发展中国家的一大问题，而大气污染的重大来源之一就是五金制造业。我国当代五金加工业经历过去十余年的发展和积累提高，目前已是当代世界上五金加工业规模最大的国家。另一方面目前国内五金加水准有很大的进步空间，正处于由2北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计低端加工向从高端加工进发的过渡时期。这对于行业的发展来说是必然且有利的，但也同时给我们带来了考验。因为五金加工业的污染治理排放问题也与日俱增，在科学发展观的指导下，各地区环保部门对于五金行业生产过程中产生的废气排放的要求越来越高。本废气处理设计是以有效治理五金生产过程中的废气为目标，结合环境保护，污染治理，经济效益，生产环境等等方面，对五金生产日益剧增的治理需求提出了治理方案，改善五金废气的治理效果，净化大气环境。本设计以有效治理五金行业加工生产过程中产生的粉尘和 VOCs 为目标，采用脉冲袋式除尘器和活性炭吸附的设计，在不提高运营成本的情况下，结合实际生产效益，对中小五金加工厂提出了有效且适用的废气处理方案。关键词：废气治理；粉尘；VOCsDesign of waste gas treatment in hardware factoryAbstractAt present, one of the most prominent environmental problems in China is air pollution, which is a big problem that puzzles developing countries like China, and one of the major sources of air pollution is the hardware manufacturing industry.
