I 摘要本文主要结合油田的实际生产情况，对油井流量进行监测方面的研究，主要针对油井的流量通过传感器检测并经89C51处理实现自动控制。本系统用 MCS-51单片机进行数据处理和检测的系统，是以89C51单片机为微处理器的智能化油井流量显示仪。 采用一片 8279 实现智能仪表键盘 / 显示器的最小化硬件设计技术。通过传感器经信号处理电路输入CPU，在程序的控制下实现实时显示及报警，完成油井开采中的流量的在线测量。并可将数据由MAX232口向上位机进行数据传输。该设计采用单片机开发计量二次仪表，具有计量精度高， 功耗低，稳定可靠，成本低等特点。本系统只用一片微处理机实现控制键盘，并可实现实时的检测、计算、显示、打印、报警、通信等功能。该系统对于现实生活生产有着重要意义，前景广阔。关键词： 89C51 流量传感器II Abstract In this paper, combined with the actual oil production, oil well flow monitoring of research,mainly for the oil flow through the sensor to detect and deal with the realization by the 89C51 control.
