摘 要兴趣是学习最好的老师，在小学数学教学中培养和激发学生的学习兴趣，是提高数学教学质量的一个重要因素。本文首先概述了小学生数学学习兴趣的现状主要表现在数学课堂参与的兴趣不高和自主学习数学的兴趣不强；然后分析了小学生数学学习兴趣缺失的成因，主要有恐惧数学、教学方式单一、教师课堂管理能力不足和学生注意力不集中；最后提出了培养和激发小学生数学学习兴趣的几条对策：认真备课、创设情境教学、利用多媒体信息化技术、动手操作实践活动、游戏教学。关键词：小学数学；学习兴趣；课堂教学；情景创设；游戏教学AbstractInterest is the best teacher to learn.
