摘 要我国农村老年人口数量每年都在增加，庞大的老龄人口数量使得农村农民养老问题日益突出。建立健全中国特色的农民养老保险制度体系，成为了当前国家和社会的重大任务。本文首先概述了我国农民养老保险制度体系的相关概念和发展历程；其次从农民基本情况、养老保险政策和参保情况等方面阐述泉州地区农民养老保险的现状；然后对泉州地区农民养老保险存在的不合理的捆绑缴费问题，政府的财政激励不够，以及保障水平低下和制度差异出现较大进行分析，最后提出完善问题的相应的对策和建议：解除捆绑缴费、加大财政扶持力度、加大宣传增强农民养老保障意识和逐步实现城乡公平。关键词：养老保险；农民；农村；保险制度 AbstractThe number of old people in rural areas is increasing every year, and the large number of old people makes the retirement problem of farmers increasingly serious.
