摘 要经济快速增长下,存货直接影响着食品企业的营运和赚钱能力。但是各种食品企业的存货管理能力却不够。本文介绍了中小食品企业存货管理的情况,分析了食品企业在材料采购、保管过程中产生的问题,如材料采购计划不合理、采购性价比不高、存货保管制度不完善和存货信息化建设不全面等。为了进一步提高中小食品企业的存货管理能力,本文主要提出了企业需要加强采购方面的管理、完善存货保管制度、完善存货风险措施和引进并利用信息科技等对策。关 键 词 : 存 货 管 理 ; 食 品 企 业 ; 采 购 计 划 ; 存货 风 险 ; 信 息 化 建 设-1- AbstractUnder the rapid economic growth, the inventory has a direct impact on the operation and profitability of food enterprises. However, the inventory management capacity of various food enterprises is insufficient. This paper introduces the situation of inventory management in small and medium-sized food enterprises, and analyzes the problems in the process of material procurement and storage in food enterprises, such as unreasonable material procurement plan, low cost performance, imperfect inventory storage system and incomplete inventory information construction. In order to further improve the inventory management ability of small and medium-sized food enterprises, this paper mainly puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the management of procurement, perfecting the inventory storage system, perfecting the inventory risk measures and introducing and utilizing information technology.
