摘要社会工作在香港和国外已经成为了一个社会地位很高、非常受人敬重的行业但是在中国内地，这只是一个新兴的行业，社会工作的专业人才流失非常严重，并成为了一个普遍的现象。本文重点研究社会工作专业学生对择业选择的经验，通过文献分析法和访谈法的方式，加以叙事研究，解析和访谈对象的谈话过程，从而更好地分析出访谈者的动机，并从学校教育、社会实践、家人的看法、薪酬待遇、工作环境、社会认可度、职业发展前景和个人的喜好这几个方面分析影响社会工作专业学生择业选择的因素，最后由让学生多主动参与社工的实践、学校提高教学质量并增加学生实践的机会、政府牵头宣传和普及社工知识、国家推动社工行业的法律法规建设这几个方面，探索出改善现状的解决方案。关键词：社会工作 择业选择 叙事研究AbstractSocial work has become a highly respected and highly respected industry in Hong Kong and abroad, but in mainland China, this is just an emerging industry.
