1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文实践感知、主管支持与员工绿色行为的关系研究摘 要本研究以实践感知和主管支持为自变量,员工绿色行为为因变量,探究企业绿色人力资源管理实践感知和主管支持对员工绿色行为的影响,本研究通过问卷调查的形式对山东省企业 Y 的员工进行样本收集,共回收 157 份有效问卷。借助 SPSS24.0 软件对调查所得数据进行样本描述性统计、量表信度分析、相关性分析和线性回归分析,得出以下结论:第一,员工对绿色人力资源管理的实践感知对员工绿色行为有显著的正向影响;第二,主管支持感对员工绿色行为有显著的正向影响。关键词:绿色人力资源管理;实践感知;主管支持;员工绿色行为2北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractThis study takes practice perception and supervisor support as independent variables and employee green behavior as dependent variables to explore the impact of practice perception and supervisor support of green human resource management on employee green behavior.
