I普通师范生的专业知识培养是在现有生活经验以及理论知识的基础之上,加上积极乐观的的学习取向与新旧知识之间的同化,正在不断动态的刻画着每位师范生的知识网络。不论课程的设置还是课程的实施,师范教育都应当处理好学生学习主动性与被动性、理论与实践、个人与班级的多重关系。运用问卷调查法和访谈法,以宁德师范学院的 18 专升本 100 名的大学生为样本,对专升本师范生的专业知识培养中存在的问题进行分析。研究表明专升本师范生的知识培养过程中存在的问题有:学科知识中人才知识结构存在短板、教育教学知识掌握较为一般小学生发展知识认识较一般、通识性知识中背景知识面较窄、实践经验知识薄弱等问题。针对这些存在的问题,提出若干建议:帮助师范生专升本师范生尽快适应大学环境、加强对专升本师范生的现代教育课程的学习、培养学生自主学习策略、课程体系的设置注意要均衡以及及时更新教学方法和形成多方位的评价以期通过本研究能够为专升本师范生专业知识的培养的实施略尽绵薄之力。关键词:专升本师范生;专业知识;专业成长AbstracThe professional knowledge training of normal students is based on the existing life experience and theoretical knowledge, plus the positive and optimistic learning orientation and the assimilation between the new and old knowledge, which is constantly depicting the knowledge network of each normal student. No matter the setting of curriculum or the implementation of curriculum, normal education should deal with the multiple relationships of students' initiative and passivity in learning, theory and practice, and individual and class.
