I摘 要声乐是一门表演艺术，也是一门技巧性和实践性都很强的综合艺术。在表演前必须要经过严格和专业的练习，这是声乐学习和表演中不可或缺的重要步骤。歌唱者想把歌曲唱好，必须经过练习，掌握歌唱发声的正确方法。所以，学习正确的发声是必不可少的，这是一个循序渐进的知觉过程。在声乐学习的开始阶段，要清楚地了解发声的原理，从而更快的掌握歌唱的技巧。在歌唱发声练习之初，要清楚发声的标准和要求，进而有目标、分阶段练习。歌唱初学者往往急于求成，盲目地多练多唱，容易形成不良的发声习惯，长期下去，可能引起喉嗓等器官病变。因此，练声环节对于科学用嗓、提高歌唱发声技巧和演唱技术水平都是十分必要与不可或缺的。关键词：声乐；练声；歌唱；训练AbstractVocal music is a performing art.
