微波消解 -ICP-OES 法测定汽车涂料中8 种重金属含量的方法研究陈 勇1,王学武1,包东风2,胡成群1,唐莲仙1,薛海霞1 (1.金华市质量技术监督检测院浙江金华321001;2.浙江省建筑材料科学研究所有限公司浙江杭州310012)摘 要: 建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪技术(ICP-OES )分析汽车涂料中铅( Pb)、铬( Cr)、硒( Se)、钡( Ba)、锑( Sb)、砷( As)、镉( Cd)、汞( Hg)含量的方法。 实验中探讨了多种混酸体系对样品消解的影响,选择了最佳的消解程序,研究了不同基体的汽车涂料对被测元素的干扰。结果表明,各元素的相对标准偏差RSD 为2.02~12.94%, As、Ba、Cd、Cr、Hg 、Pb、Se 元素的加标回收率为76.47~103.51% ,Sb 元素回收率为60.43~90.91%。该方法快速、简便,具有较好的准确度和精密度,为汽车涂料中重金属含量的监控提供了途径。关键词 :微波消解 ; ICP-OES; 汽车涂料 ; 重金属中国分类号 : O651 文献标识码 :A Determination of eight heavy metals in automotive coating by ICP-OES with microwave digestion method CHEN Yong1,WANG Xuewu1,BAO Dongfeng2,HU Chengqun1,TANG Lianxian1,XUE Haixia1 (1. The influence of sample digestion was discussed with a variety of mixed acid system, optimal digestion procedur was selected, different matrix of automotive coatings were studied in the interference of the elements to be measured.
