文档来源为 :从网络收集整理.word 版本可编辑 .欢迎下载支持 . 1 异丙酚、瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉用于老年胃镜检查术的临床观察【摘要】目的 研究异丙酚、瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉用于老年胃镜检查术的临床效果及安全性。 方法 选取 200 例 ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级老年胃镜检查术患者为研究对象。 随机分为观察组和对照组， 每组各 100 例。观察组入室后行喉头喷雾表面麻醉，应用异丙酚、瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉进行胃镜检查；对照组未用任何药物，行喉头喷雾表面麻醉后进行检查。结果 观察组与对照组在胃镜检查过程中出现的症状、上消化道蠕动程度、血压、心率等指标变化情况及舒适度VAS评分等方面具有显著性差异 （P＜0.01 ）。结论 异丙酚、瑞芬太尼全凭静脉麻醉用于老年胃镜检查术，有效减轻了应激反应、维持了血流动力学的稳定。【关键词】胃镜检查异丙酚瑞芬太尼持续输注【Abstract 】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of propofol and remifentanil total intravenous anesthesia in elderly gastroscopy. Methods 200 cases ASA grade II ～III patients with the elder gastroscopy for the study were randomly divided into control group of 100 cases and observation group of 100 cases.
