This article is mainly to discuss the methods to bid evaluation architectural engineering , for the research and summary on fixed pricing model and engineering quantity list valuation mode respectively . Then detailing the basic concept , prepare the steps, method and foundation ，characteristics , the advantages and disadvantages of two valuation patterns . And then we compare with two kinds of valuation model from market development , the remaining problems ,apply to bid evaluation ,two kinds of pricing mode under the market economyand so on .
